- Custom Orders
Because most of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a major printing error caused by us
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
- Colour differences due to screen variations
- Customer-provided design errors
- Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Keep the product unused and in original condition
If approved, we will remake and resend the item at no cost.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing or embroidery has started, cancellations are not possible.
- Non-Custom Items
If we offer non-custom items (e.g., blank apparel), they may be eligible for returns within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
